4 TYPES OF SELF-CARE

The first thing that comes to our mind when health topic is mentionned is weight, food and exercise. But our health and the way we should care of ourselves is not limited only in that. There are many areas of self-care we should pay attention to. In the following article we will point out at 6 types of self-care.

1.PHYSICAL SELF-CARE :

Taking care of our bodies is a large component of self-care, but it doesn't have to include a vigorous exercise routine. The key to self-care is it should be something you enjoy, and not feel like an obligation.

2.EMOTIONAL SELF-CARE :

It's about becoming more aware and in harmony with our emotions. Knowing what trigger us and how to process our feelings instead of repressing them inside.

It's not necessecary related to religion, but rather about your inner peace, nourishing your soul and finding a purpose and meaning in life.

4.INTELECTUAL SELF-CARE :

This section is all about doing something that you enjoy in a way that it can nourish and challenge your mind. Reading a book and learning a new skill are some ideas to embrace your intellect.
